Working for a prestigious client such as Wilmott Dixon is always a challenge, and this project certainly proved to be just that.
With an extremely tight programme to work with, 166 properties needed to have scaffold erected to undertake asbestos removal from the soffits, fascias and eternal wall insulation fitted. During the project which required 10 properties per week to be dealt with, time was of the essence. Four weeks into the programme it was decided to incorporate roof replacements for over 50% of the properties. At very short notice, additional manpower was required to meet the demands of the roof replacement works. Our locality and flexibility in terms of geography, resource and expertise, was a huge benefit on this project.
This project was situated in the borough of Havering, an area that Embassy are very well versed.

We take pride in the work we do, so additional knowledge of materials and substances is always welcome to strengthen the Embassy Site Services business growth”.
