Working with our long serving partners Keepmoat, we were delighted to be commissioned the refurbishment works for the windows and roof of the Rogers Estate in East London.
Embassy Site Services are proud of our ability to adapt to the needs of any build and this particular location’s layout required the use of a gantry to provide access to the rear garden. This included double width scaffold to the base.
So as to build the scaffold safely and keep all pedestrians protected, thorough planning was required to co-ordinate our Health & Safety team with Keepmoat’s site team on this project. This project also required additional labour and traffic management.
Matt Kania – Senior Contracts Manager
“We find in our business, no two jobs are the same. At the beginning of this project during the planning stage, we were quick to recommend a slightly different solution the Rogers Estate site.
Given the type of building, we also took the considered decision that it required a double width scaffold around the base which met SG415 standards”.
