In the heart of Central London, we were pleased to be working with Keepmoat on this challenging, yet rewarding refurbishment project.
The building itself will consist of approximately 65 flats, popular for inner city student living and local resident accommodation. Working in busy pockets of London always has its challenges, especially when the buildings themselves are an unusual shape.
Accessibility to large residential blocks is often the main issue, therefore we know all too well the importance of having a scaffold partner with an excellent reputation for such works. Embassy were commissioned the scaffolding work for this exciting new development, and once again, our wider construction knowledge was a beneficial addition to the project solution.
Danny Smith – Supervisor
“Working for our longstanding client, Embassy were appointed to provide access scaffolding for building refurbishment.
On the outside of this residential unit, this looked to be a very straightforward project. However, at the rear of the property there is an extremely difficult and technically challenging cantilever section that accommodates a communal staircase.
There was also an array of beam-work to ensure that access for the emergency services was
maintained throughout the works”.
